These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kup-id-tech.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any product from it. The Site is operated by CommerceCentral Services INC (“Kup Id Ai Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are intended as accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, change prices, or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order is confirmed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. The charge will appear on your statement as “kupid-ai-tech”.
Orders ship from our fulfillment center via USPS within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days in the United States. International delivery times vary. Shipping is free on orders over $75. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@kup-id-tech.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All content on the Site — including poster designs, text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by CommerceCentral Services INC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe on anyone’s rights; transmit viruses or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or interfere with the operation of the Site.

Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Vermont.
